Dmqivpipc Is Not Showing Any Results (Doc ID 1917064.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading OMQ 5.0 to 64-bit binary on Solaris 11, dmqvipipc is not showing any results. And it is also creating 8192 semaphores, which are getting stuck and need to manually removed.
