Issue with "dsccreg add-server" for DPS When Cert Alias Contains Space (Doc ID 1917352.1)

 When the DPS instance's certificate alias name has alias inside, the "dsccreg add-server" will not be successful.


Assuming the DPS instance's cert alias is "test cert".

# dsccreg add-server /opt/odsee/
  Enter DSCC administrator's password:
  /opt/odsee/ is an instance of DPS
  /opt/odsee/ exited with 170 for
  /opt/odsee/ is may be corrupted.
  Warning: unable to retrieve the certificate
  keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Alias <test> does not exist
  Agent No  Hostname                   Port  Owner  iPath
  --------  -------------------------  ----  -----  
  The registration will use DSCC agent on port: 3997
  Enter password of "cn=Proxy Manager" for
  Connecting to /opt/odsee/ (using
  Enabling DSCC access to /opt/odsee/
  Registering /opt/odsee/ in DSCC on localhost.

After the registration, the DSCC console will show the DPS instance with "Degraded" status.
