Goal
When the DPS instance's certificate alias name has alias inside, the "dsccreg add-server" will not be successful.
Eg,
Assuming the DPS instance's cert alias is "<TEST CERT>".
# dsccreg add-server /$INSTANCE_PATH/$INSTANCES/<DPS_INSTANCE/
Enter DSCC administrator's password:
/$INSTANCE_PATH/$INSTANCES/<DPS_INSTANCE/ is an instance of DPS
/$DS_INSTALL_HOME/dsee7/bin/dpadm exited with 170 for
/$INSTANCE_PATH/$INSTANCES/<DPS_INSTANCE/
/$INSTANCE_PATH/$INSTANCES/<DPS_INSTANCE/ is may be corrupted.
Warning: unable to retrieve the certificate
keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Alias <test> does not exist

/$INSTANCE_PATH/$INSTANCES/<DPS_INSTANCE/:
Connecting to /$INSTANCE_PATH/$INSTANCES/<DPS_INSTANCE (using
ldap://<HOST_IP>:<PORT>)
Enabling DSCC access to /$INSTANCE_PATH/$INSTANCES/<DPS_INSTANCE
Registering /$INSTANCE_PATH/$INSTANCES/<DPS_INSTANCE in DSCC on localhost.
After the registration, the DSCC console will show the DPS instance with "Degraded" status.
