Cannot Create Projects from Composer when using Solaris, ' E180001: Unable to open repository' (Doc ID 1917397.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a project in Composer you receive the following exception:

svn: E180001: Unable to open repository 'file:///opt/oracle/products/fmw_1213/user_projects/domains/_dev/bpm/bac/_server1/repositories/da5fcb6a-ecd1-4fe3-9e9c-210870402281'
