How to set User Access List to author itself with RW (or RWDA) permissions using Rules (Doc ID 1917942.1)

Goal

Access Control List modification requires admin ACL privileges , hence it is recommended that any author checking in content add themselves to the ACL for that content item with RW (or RWDA) permission.

With - 11.1.1.8.0 , new configuration flag allows the check-ins with author having RW . Older versions should have RWDA .

This article provides steps to automate the above requirement where in all the content items being checked in will have author added to the User Access List (UAL) field with RWDA access.
