DIP Initialization Error 'Class Not Found: ActiveChgReader' (Doc ID 1917986.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Directory Integration Platform (DIP) - Active Directory synchronization.

The AD active change import profile fails to initialize so synchronization is not working

wls_ods1-diagnostic .log shows the following error: Class Not Found: ActiveChgReader
