How to make OAG Cache Listener listen on Single Interface (Doc ID 1918420.1)

Goal

You have an OAG installation on 2 nodes. As part of the deployment, a distributed cache is being used.
The cache listener settings have specified a particular IP (as well as other parameters such as port etc) but the listener is listening on all interfaces (0.0.0.0).
This is causing issues because the cluster traffic is appearing on both the desired interface and the local management interface, which should not be used.

How can this issue be resolved?
