Symptoms

The Collection rebuild cannot Full Text index all the documents.

Seeing the following error:
Text conversion of the file '<CS_PATH>/weblayout/groups/content/documents/documents/d3131814.xml' failed.
Content has been indexed with Info only. Resubmit should only be performed if the problem has been resolved.

Receiving the following error when resubmitting the content

intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csUnableToStartProcess,TextExport
