Symptoms

The following message is signaled when using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and attempting to:

ODI-10090: Object Variable : <PROJECT CODE or GLOBAL>.<VARIABLE NAME> is referenced by: Undefined Cross Referenced object (I_TXT = <ID VALUE>).
Cannot remove.

   == or ==

ODI-10090: Object Column : <COLUMN NAME> is referenced by: Undefined Cross Referenced object (I_TXT = <ID VALUE>).
Cannot remove.

... although the Variable and Column do not seem to be used by any object.
