"LDAPSync Post Enable Provision Users to LDAP" Scheduled Job Does Not Complete. (Doc ID 1919625.1)

Symptoms

When running the "LDAPSync Post Enable Provision Users to LDAP" scheduled job, it does not sync all Users.

Ex: When 10626 Users are defined on OIM, and starting the job, it only syncs 5313 Users and then the schedule job stops. When the job is ran again it start performing again but this time it sync only 1000 Users. The schedule job doesn't throw any exception.
