Symptoms

When using IPM Filer, an application is failing and the following error occurs:

Unable to write semaphore file. System Error message = The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable., error code = 1392.
Filer Engine Initialization Failed
The filing of application APPNAME with file name of APPNAME.TOR failed.
