Downloading A JS File Using A BlobServer Servlet Displays Error (Doc ID 1919903.1)

Symptoms

We have a Basic assettype where we upload files. When we click on the "File" link in the asset after it is uploaded it used to download without any issues but after the upgrade we see that the response headers for these file when we click on the file link is different from what it used to be, and the browser shows an error message while downloading: "The publisher of jquery.ad-gallery.js couldn't be verified. Are you sure you want to run the program?"

Changes

 The environment was upgraded for Sites 7.5 to Sites 7.6.2 patch 10, or a later version.
