Flex 3.4 web application uses JDBC OCI (thick) 126.96.36.199 driver on a Linux server to connect to an 188.8.131.52 database.
The application uses a proxy account to connect from a database to the application by running dbms_session.setrole. After the upgrade of the Oracle Client from 184.108.40.206 to 220.127.116.11, the application experiences a massive slow down (response times in excess of five minutes).
Oracle Client upgrade from 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124.
