ORA-01400 When Creating A Record With a Page Item Property Set To 'Display Only' (Doc ID 1920286.1)

When an item property is 'Display Only' the row doesn't get inserted into table in database. It gives an error similar to:

If that item property is changed to Text-item instead of Display Only, this works by inserting the data into table perfectly.
