intermittent Check-out And check-In Error. (Doc ID 1920608.1)

Symptoms

Upon checking out an account, an error will display saying unable to check out account, then you press the check-out button again and it will successfully check out the account. The same issue occurs with force check-in. A message will display saying unable to force check-in, press force check-in again and it will force check in. This seems to occur when doing a check in or check out after manually resetting the account.
