OracleBAMWS not Appearing in EM after BAM Managed Server Restart (Doc ID 1921857.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, Enterprise Manager Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After restarting the BAM Managed server, OracleBAMWS were not appearing in the EM Console and all BAM operations were failing. Log shows the following deployment sequence for oracle-bam application
