Symptoms

Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g or 12c with Directory Integration Platform (DIP) Provisioning to EBusiness Suite (EBS).

After shutdown of the instance for a backup, everything starts except that the WLS Managed Server. Example DIP 11g reports log error:
