On : OPAM 126.96.36.199.0 version,
For an OPAM database target with a multi node Oracle RAC setup. Regardless of the connect string used, when resetting the password for SYS or a user with the SYSDBA privilege, OPAM is only changing the password for the node that OPAM connects to to do the reset.
If the password is reset for a non-SYSDBA account then the change does get propagated successfully.
Due to this issue, sysdba users do not have the same password on all RAC nodes.
