B2B 11g - Sort by Created Time is Not Working inAscending Order in B2B Console Reports/Error Screen (Doc ID 1922775.1)

Symptoms

Sorting in Ascending order is not working in Error tab of B2B UI Reports page. The default sort order for any field, for example "Created", appears to be in Descending order.

Ascending order doesn't work at all, when it is actually expected to work.
