Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to edit an item of type Text on a Portal page, saving or applying a change results in the following error displayed in an otherwise blank page:
Unable to process request. Please check the log file for more details.
This occurs with new items as well as previously created items in this Portal installation.
The error happens in all page groups tested.
