Oracle GoldenGate (OGG) Integrated Replicat (IR) lag is observed when processing DML on tables with columns of datatype MDSYS.SDO_GEOMETRY. Lag is observed even if the DML doesn't include the SDO column. IR statistics included in a Replicat report file show a high percentage for 'Direct transaction ratio'. For example:
Integrated Replicat Statistics:
Total transactions: 2831
DDL operations: 0
Stored procedures: 0
Datatype functionality: 1305
Event actions: 0
Direct transactions ratio: 46% <======== high percentage
In addition, the Integrated Replicate inbound server / apply receiver may frequently be in state "Waiting for Replicat flush request to complete". This may be noted in an OGG Integrated Extract and Integrated Replicat health check output (see <Note 1448324.1>).
