Symptoms
When a Portal has group membership assigned, users who are members of that group does not have the moderator privileges
When a user who is a member of the assigned group logs in, only these options are displayed: Open, Details, Get a Link and Copy
Moderators were expected to see these menu options also : Rename, Cut, Delete , Security
When a user is assigned membership directly in Portal, these options are displayed: Open, Details, Get a Link , Copy , Rename, Cut, Delete , Security
