Symptoms

Having installed 11.1.1.8 on a linux machine where timezone is set to GMT0, the following error cause appears in the diagnostic log after trying to start the WCC managed server after the post-installation step:

Caused by: java.io.IOException: !syUnableToCreateDateFormat,M/d{/yy}{h:mm[:ss]{ a}}\!mAM\,PM\!tGMT0!syUnableToParseTimeZone
