B2B 11g - "B2B-51125: No certificate to sign" Issue in B2B Console

When receiving a 850 transaction, it stays in MSG_ERROR status and the error is "No Certificate to Sign". The following error is shown in the log files.
Certificate changes were made, ie: new certificates added, etc.
