ODI Incorrectly Handles UTF-8 Data Contained in Fixed-Format Flat Files (Doc ID 1923664.1)

Having a fixed-format text file which contains UTF-8 data such as:

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio > Topology, the File Data Server has been set to use:

JDBC Driver: com.sunopsis.jdbc.driver.file.FileDriver
JDBC Url: jdbc:snps:dbfile?ENCODING=UTF8

In ODI Studio > Designer, the fixed-format File Datastore has been defined as follows:

 When consulting the data in the Datastore, or loading data with diacritics (á, ť, ň, İ, Ö, Ş ...) into the fixed-format file using ODI KMs or OdiSqlUnload, the data in the "Label" column is truncated:
