Goal

When uploading files in WebCenter Sites (eg images as urlfield) the permissions to the directory and the files are set in a way that does not allow writing/reading the files. If a webserver is configured directly to serve images located under Storage/images/XXX/XXX/image.jpg, having restrictive permissions could be a problem and prevent images from being served.
