Symptoms

In a fresh EECS v2.0.6.1.0 and above installation of Exalogic , there is a problem among the guest vServers connectivity. Due to this, random guest vServers cannot communicate with each other and also externally over EoIB interface. We cannot ping or ssh to these vservers on the external EOIB.
