Symptoms

A SOA composite that uses BPEL to implement a document literal service, fails with OWS-04086 "Error serializing message: Closed Connection" when it returns more than one MIME attachment using "ora:readBinaryFromFile"

In the diagnostic.log the following exception and stack trace can be seen :-
