When Accessing the WebCenter Enterprise Capture Console or Client, Error 404 is Displayed

After restarting the Capture Managed Server, Capture_Server shows up and running, and the deployments for Capture are set to Active, but when attempting to contact the console (http://Capture_Server:Capture_Port/dc-console) or the dc-client, Error 404 (page not found) is returned.
