500 Error When Attempting SLO In OAM Integrated Environment (Doc ID 1925404.1)

In OIF 11gR1 acting as IdP,  logout failing with a 500 error and the following error is logged in the OIF diagnostic log:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Message being logged had severity level other than INCIDENT_ERROR, ERROR, WARNING, NOTIFICATION
