Symptoms
In cases where the mail box receives a mail containing a pdf and an htm attachment (in this order), Enterprise Capture will ignore the mail and not process the PDF attachment. If the PDF is the last attachment in the mail, Enterprise Capture processes it.
There are no errors in the logs.
