Check-in Option Missing from Action Menu in "My Checked Out Content" or "Checked Out Content" Page

When navigating to the "My Content Server" -> "My Checked Out Content" page (CHECKIN_LIST service) or "Content Management" -> "Checked-out Content" page, one or more items are displayed.

The action menu on these items only shows the "Content Information" and "Undo Check-Out" option. The "Check In" option is missing.
