Vanity URL with Sites Context Does Not Work in Satellite Context (Doc ID 1925749.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use <render:getbloburl> to generate vanity urls and accessing the same through Remote Satellite Server, whose context is set different to Sites context,
the vanity urls generated are not set to use Satellite Server context, causing broken images in the website.
