Symptoms

When running operation get_file we get an error:
 
  Error: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

In the request (beasied the header and the rest of necessary data) we only specify:
...
 190925

Even when this is being tested from EM - Web services Test or from SOAP UI , same error comes up .
