OAAM 11gR2 How To Customize The Providers? (Doc ID 1926458.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 24, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Adaptive Access Manager - Version 11.1.2.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

what if we want to have different apps utilise different classnames in the oaam_custom.properties. For instance:

Option 1:

App1: bharosa.uio.default.password.auth.provider.classname=com.bharosa.uio.manager.auth.CustomAuthManager1
App2: bharosa.uio.default.password.auth.provider.classname=com.bharosa.uio.manager.auth.CustomAuthManager2

and so on. Is this possible?

Or do we have to use AppID to replace the default string in the property in the each oaam_custom.properties file like:

Option 2:

App1: bharosa.uio.App1.password.auth.provider.classname=com.bharosa.uio.manager.auth.CustomAuthManager1
App2: bharosa.uio.App2.password.auth.provider.classname=com.bharosa.uio.manager.auth.CustomAuthManager2
