Symptoms
DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:
The user connected a custom portlet in P6 to an ADF screen using ADF security in the ADF application. When the portlet loads, the user is prompted with a username and pass word. After inputting the correct credentials multiple times, it fails with a unauthorized 401 error.
The issue does not occur for all users.
The username and password passed to application are exactly the same as the one the user is using to login to P6. (case of the username/password included)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Connect a custom portlet to the ADF screen
2. Navigate to Dashboards
3. When this portlet is displayed, the user is prompted for username and password.
EXPECTED OUTCOME:
The ADF screen should not prompt for a username and password.
