Oracle Salesforce Adapter with OSB 12c not working. (JCA-12511) (Doc ID 1926861.1)

Symptoms

After being followed the official documentation steps for SalesForce Adapter 12c:

failed, it drops the exception:

JCA Binding Component connection issue.
JCA Binding Component is unable to create an outbound JCA (CCI) connection.
