Oracle Salesforce Adapter with OSB 12c not working. (JCA-12511) (Doc ID 1926861.1)

After being followed the official documentation steps for SalesForce Adapter 12c: Oracle® Cloud Adapter User Guide for Oracle Cloud Adapter for 12c Release ( on a OSB project, test
failed, it drops the exception:
Could not invoke operation 'query' due to: [[
JCA Binding Component connection issue.
JCA Binding Component is unable to create an outbound JCA (CCI) connection.
servicebus:/OSBProject/Resources/salesforceReference.wsdl [
salesforceReferencePortType::query(parameters,parameters) ] - : The JCA Binding Component was unable to establish an outbound JCA CCI connection due to the following issue: BINDING.JCA-12561
JCA Resource Adapter location error (WebLogic).
Unable to locate the JCA Resource Adapter via .jca binding file element
The JCA Binding Component is unable to locate the Resource Adapter specified
in the <connection-factory/> element:  location='cloud/CloudAdapter'
