Some Dates are Invalid when I try to do a Checkin in UCM when user Timezone is set to Sao_Paulo

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When checking in content, if the date selected is 12/10/2014 00:15 The error below occurs.
If the time is changed to something other than 00 for the hours the checkin will work. Other dates do not have this same issue.
The system, and user locals/timezone is set to America/Sao Paulo If the system timezone is changed the error goes away.
