Purpose

The purpose of this note is to present the most common solutions for 11g/12c Forms performance related issues as well as some suggestions for troubleshooting common issues seen by Oracle Support.  Note that performance troubleshooting can be a complex task due to the many variables involved so there are situations where Oracle Support is not able to provide a quick diagnosis and resolution to the issue.  Please see DOC ID 1352875.1 Oracle Support Policy on Oracle Forms/Reports Performance Tuning and Scalability Issues.
