ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Checked the "Allow author to delete revision" and saved the changes. After restart, the checkbox is unchecked.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect "Allow author to delete revision" not to revert
Issue does not happen if we disable WebCenterConfigure component.
