Exalogic Exachk Does Not Return Storage Head Firmware Version (Doc ID 1928850.1)

Symptoms

When running Exachk on the Exalogic racks, in some cases Exachk reports that the ZFS firmware version is not consistent across all the ZFS nodes.

Following is the Exachk warning message at the time of the issue.

When we login to the ZFS heads and check the version from CLI mode, it reports that the version is correct. Following is the sample snippet of the ZFS version check from CLI.
