Symptoms
Cannot start administrative console from "Launch Administrative Console..." menu.
To reproduce:
1. Start IntegratedWebLogicServer from "Run" -> "Start Server Instance" menu.
2. Right click IntegratedWebLogicServer in "Application Server Navigator" and execute "Launch Administrative Console".
3. The following error is shown in the "Messages" pane.
