Symptoms

When reviewing all batches in WebCenter Forms Recognition Verifier, the Image Viewer displays a gray screen.

This previously worked and started failing for all documents in all WFR components (Verifier, Designer and Workdoc Browser) on a specific machine. Viewing the document on another machine is successful.
