How to Hide or Remove Specific Inbox or Approval Task Elements (Including Those Elements Which Allow Users to Search and View All Users or Groups in the Realm)

OIM R2 PS2+ provides for Organization and Administrator Role based user security in its pages. These capabilities do not extend to the Inbox or Approval Tasks.
For example, from the Inbox, there are user and group search options in the Add View, Reassign, Create Subtask, Delegate, Advanced Search and Request for Information functions which do not restrict who can see which users and roles. Instead, they show all users in the realm.
On a per user basis, they show information like Name, Email, Manager, Reportees, along with Roles and Groups assigned etc.
Within an open task, there are certain task actions which also allow for the same unrestricted user and group search options.
This document will provide instructions to remove the various Search operations available in the Inbox which do not provide Organization and Administrator Role based security, in case this functionality is required in your environment.
