Move Does Not Show All The Enterprise Libraries In The Content UI (Doc ID 1929984.1)

Symptoms

On Webcenter Content 11.1.1.8.0 with Bundle Patch 7 applied, when trying to move content in-between folders in the Contentb UI, the move is not sucessful as the Enterprise Library drop down does not display anything

However, the Native UI does display all of the existing Enterprise Libraries.


Steps
1. Search for content
2. Select a content item
3. Click move
4. See that there are no enterprise libraries available to move the item to.
