On : 10.1.3.4 version, Application Adapter issue after upgrading to Siebel 8.1.1.11 patch 9

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Error when connecting from Oracle SOA Suite 10.1.3.4 server after connecting to the Siebel environment after an upgrade to Siebel 8.1.1.11 patch 9. results in the following error;


ERROR
------------
"SBL-DAT-00340: Logins are currently not allowed. Contact your system administrator."
SISNAPI Login approach has been changed in Siebel Java libraries (Siebel.jar and SiebelJI_.jar). Solution: upgrade the Siebel Resource Adapter to make recent libraies from the Patchset
Solution: upgrade the Siebel Resource Adapter to make it use recent Siebel Java libraies from the applied Patchset


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

No connection issue after upgrading to Siebel 8.1.1.11 patch 9

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. upgrade to Siebel 8.1.1.11 patch 9
2. use existing SOA Suite Siebel adapter from earlier Siebel release

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, unable to complete upgrade for SOA Suite composites
