Request Approval Workflow showing error Response: '404: Not Found' in SOA log (Doc ID 1930740.1)

The approver is not able to approve the request, as he is not able to see the request in Track My Requests. Also, in the email notification we get a request ID; when we search for it, we dont get any records.

From the Inbox, we are able to see the request, but when we click on it, we are getting 404 page not found error.

When  submitting the request for approval in the log we can  see :


Caused by: Response: '404: Not Found' for url: 'http://<IP_ADDRESS>:<WEBLOGIC_ADMIN_PORT>/identity/notification/secure?user=usertest&bpmWorklistContext=%3B.... "

Interesting thing to note here is that its using Weblogic Admin server port , instead of the OIM port.
