SSO Windows Native Authentication Not Working With Windows Services (Doc ID 1930967.1)

Symptoms

After configuring a windows service to start up the admin server, the Kerberos properties was added in the setDomainEnv.cmd script to initiate the negotiation. But after starting up the domain, using the windows service, the Single Sign-On (SSO) does not work and the browser shows the following error:

 

Changes

  1. Install the windows service.
  2. Apply the kerberos configurations in the setDomainEnv.cmd script.
