Symptoms
An error is reported while adding the WebCenter Portal REST API to a framework application project in JDeveloper, :
Exception getting resources: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://<HOST>:<PORT>/rest/api/resourceIndex
Other symptoms
- Accessing the WebCenter Portal REST API in a browser fails with error :
