Symptoms

    Open large MS Office file (via DIS WEI or WCC browser) using Check-Out-and-Open
    Modify File
    Check-In via MS Office Integration WCC Ribbon
    File is Successfully checked-in
    Application remains open

Note:  does not occur for smaller file or if file is accessed via DIS
