Symptoms
Multiple batches are scanned on a client PC, and uploaded to the Enterprise Capture server (4 batches, for instance). The batches are then processed by Recognition Server and released (unlocked). Half of the batches show as unlocked, but the other half show as Processing (with a green gear icon next to them).
